We would like to introduce a case of chemical cleaning for the filtration and circulation piping of a hot spring bathing facility that we undertook. This is a regular cleaning that addresses both legionella prevention and hot spring scale removal. We adjust the water level and carefully add the chemicals while monitoring the situation. We ensure to check the concentration of the chemicals thoroughly. During the disassembly process, we also check for any chemical residues using test strips. We would like to introduce a case of our company's hot spring pipe chemical cleaning (hot spring scale removal). We received a request to clean a hot spring pipe system that had not been used for a while at a source in Atami. Considering the distance and the undulating terrain, we decided not to set up a circulation system. Instead, we pressurized the chemicals from the higher facility side, allowed them to soak, and then collected them from the source side. A bypass for collection was installed on the source side, and after soaking with the chemicals, it was opened. Thin scales often come off easily but can clog due to bends. We would like to introduce a case of cleaning the filtration piping for an outdoor hot spring bath that we undertook. In the outdoor bath of a certain facility, there was almost no dirt from hot spring scale this time, so we used only hydrogen peroxide for cleaning. Since the work was done right after the busy season, it was somewhat dirty. We lowered the water level to circulate, added chemicals, and discharged grease and biofilm.
